The ATOMSTACK A24 Ultra is a Class 1 diode laser engraving machine designed with user safety in mind. Equipped with safety features such as a safety lock, position movement detection, limit switches, and 2-layer protection, it ensures safe usage. The position movement detection triggers an alarm and stops operation if the machine is inclined at 15-20 degrees, while the 4-way X&Y axis limit switches prevent equipment collision with edges. The enclosure features two interlocks, with the auto laser stopping when the door is opened.

The A24 Ultra boasts a robust 24000mW diode laser power, enabling deep cutting and fast engraving. It is equipped with precise belt tension adjustment and a super-fine 0.06*0.06mm laser spot focus, achieving accuracy within 0.004 inches, comparable to an industrial CNC machine. This powerful laser can effortlessly cut through 15mm wood and 10mm black acrylic in a single pass. Furthermore, it excels in vibrant multi-color engraving on metal surfaces, breathing life into your creations.

Designed for engraving a wide range of irregular cylindrical objects, the ATOMSTACK Rotary Roller offers up to 180° angle adjustment and 360° rotation capability. This versatile accessory allows you to engrave on balls, rings, spherical objects, cups with handles, and various other irregular items. The high-quality rotary chuck ensures consistent and stable rotation, leading to enhanced engraving accuracy.
