The ATOMSTACK A5 M50 laser engraver has enhanced metal engraving capability, allowing it to engrave clear marks on metal boards at a faster speed. The double-compressed spot technology reduces the laser spot to 0.08mm, achieving finer laser engraving. Equipped with a 32-bit motherboard, the A5 M50 laser cutter can preprocess more instructions to work faster with higher precision.

The limit switches installed on both the X-axis and Y-axis automatically trigger when the engraving machine reaches its maximum stroke, protecting the laser and avoiding collisions. The machine also features multiple convenience buttons, including an emergency stop button, an on/off button, and a reset button.

The modular design of the A5 M50's fuselage mechanism allows users to expand the engraving area to a super-large 410*850mm by replacing the frame components. This feature is ideal for laser engraving professionals who need to customize large-size items. The machine can also be upgraded for offline engraving, allowing users to control it using the ATOMSTACK terminal control panel (purchased separately) without being restricted by a computer.

The A5 M50 laser engraver is equipped with a 40W laser power, 5-5.5W optical power, and a 455±5nm laser wavelength. It can engrave on a variety of materials, including 15mm light basswood, 15mm black acrylic, stainless steel, and ceramics. The machine's flame-retardant filter panoramic glass helps protect users' eyes by filtering 97% of the ultraviolet light, eliminating the need for goggles.

The A5 M50 is easy to install and durable, with an all-aluminum alloy anodized structural design. It features precision scale lines on the X-axis and Y-axis for quick length measurement, and the original engraving interval can be expanded to 410*850mm by replacing the frame components.

The A5 M50 is compatible with various mature engraving software, such as LaserGRBL and LightBurn, supporting Windows and Mac systems, as well as file formats like NC, BMP, JPG, PNG, and DXF.
