The A24 Pro laser engraving machine features a robust 24W diode laser with 120W machine power, ensuring deep cutting and fast engraving. It's equipped with precise belt tension adjustment and a super-fine 0.06*0.08mm laser spot focus, achieving accuracy within 0.004 inches, as powerful as an industrial CNC machine. The high-performance exhaust system, with the enclosure working in conjunction with the exhaust fan and pipe, can effectively filter and exhaust the smoke and dust during the working process of the laser engraver machine. The upgraded version has a built-in exhaust fan, which greatly improves the efficiency of engraving and cutting, and reduces noise.

The ATOMSTACK enclosure has a built-in high-resolution camera, which would make all operations and procedures more visualized. It can even work in batches for both engraving and cutting for varied shape items to improve your work efficiency, but it must be connected to the PC software. The camera can focus precisely and automatically scan drawings without design software, intelligently extracting patterns on the surface of any objects you want.

The air assist pump continuously expels unnecessary gas from the engraving machine during operation, enhancing the laser burning process. The airflow can also reduce the surface temperature of cutting objects, preventing material discoloration due to high temperatures. It is recommended to use the air assist pump with the laser honeycomb bed for optimal results.
